1. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of activation or renewal, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via the contact details provided on our website.

2. Post 30-Day Refunds

If you decide to cancel your subscription after the first 30 days but within the first 90 days, you may still be eligible for a prorated refund. This refund will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

3. Auto-Renewal Refunds

If your subscription is automatically renewed and you would like to cancel it, please notify us within 7 days of the renewal date. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you are not satisfied with the service, even after the aforementioned 90 days, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction, and we are willing to review unique situations to ensure we meet this goal.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 14 business days of the refund request approval.

GeneXproTools License Agreement

1. Important Notice

This is a legal agreement between Gepsoft,Lda and you, the Licensee. By installing this software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the software and return it.

2. One Desktop, One Laptop

Gepsoft,Lda licenses this product for use on a single CPU only. You may install this software on a second CPU provided you do not use both copies simultaneously. You must obtain a licensed copy for each workstation, standalone or on a network, on which the product is used in any other case.

3. Ownership, Copyright, and Transfer

All copies of GeneXproTools are owned by Gepsoft,Lda or its suppliers and are protected by the copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

You must treat Gepsoft,Lda software products as any other copyrighted material, except that you may make backups for archival purposes, provided that you have only one working copy at a time for each copy of the product licensed to you. You may not transfer, sublicense, rent, lease or assign any of the above license or any Gepsoft,Lda software.

The source code generated by GeneXproTools belongs to the owner of the purchased license of GeneXproTools and can be freely distributed and/or transferred.

4. Term and Termination

You may terminate the above license at any time by returning or destroying all copies of GeneXproTools in your possession and notifying Gepsoft,Lda. The above license will terminate immediately if you infringe upon Gepsoft,Lda’s copyrights or breach this agreement.

5. No Liability for Consequential Damages

Neither Gepsoft,Lda nor its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or the like), arising out of the use or inability to use GeneXproTools based on any theory of liability including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if Gepsoft,Lda or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GeneXproTools is not fault tolerant and is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use or resale as online control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of GeneXproTools could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.

6. Academic License

The Academic License of GeneXproTools cannot be used for commercial purposes and can only be acquired by educational institutions or equivalent. You cannot install and use the application outside the institution or distribute applications outside of it without purchasing a Commercial License of GeneXproTools.

7. Demo

While in the demo period of GeneXproTools, it can only be used to evaluate GeneXproTools. It cannot be used for research, education, or commercial purposes.
